About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our team in delivering exceptional lifestyle activities and events for residents at our aged care facility.
 * Assist in planning and coordinating lifestyle activities, ensuring they are safe, enjoyable and inclusive for all residents.
 * Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement activity plans that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
 * Engage residents in meaningful interactions, promoting social connections and a sense of community.
 * Maintain a safe and supportive environment, prioritizing resident well-being at all times.
Key Qualifications:
 * Degree in Social Work or related field
 * Experience working with older adults, preferably in aged care
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Able to work effectively in a team-based environment
