Event Coordinator Role
The position of Event Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of events.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and registration.
* Lead a team to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
* Promote event spaces to potential clients and negotiate package deals.
* Manage participant registration, supervise staff, and report on work order variations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in a related field.
* At least three years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end environment.
* Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
* Australian work visa and RSA certification.
