BOOKKEEPER - SMALL FRIENDLY OFFICE - PERMANENT PART TIME

Use your well developed Bookkeeping and MYOB skills to secure this great role as an integral part of a small accounting team.
Working closely with management, you will have the opportunity to learn about the business and their specific accounting requirements and assist the Head of Finance in all areas of accounting.
This role will ideally suit an individual that has worked in a small team previously and understands the type of flexibility and team work that is essential to ensure deadlines are met.
On offer are 3 days per week (flexible, must include Friday) - 9AM TO 3PM
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Finance your responsibilities include;
End to end bookkeeping to profit and loss using MYOB
Foreign Exchange Conversions - Training provided - some export experience, but not necessary
Accounts payable and receivables
Bank Reconciliations
Credit Card Expense processing
Support Stock Control
Month-end analysis and reporting
Qualifications
To secure this great opportunity, you will need to possess the following skills and experience
Previous experience in a Bookkeeping position within a small office environment
Ability to work proficiently in a high-volume environment
Excellent MYOB and Excel skills
Willingness to learn new software
Desire to learn new packages
Enjoy working in a small, friendly team environment
Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills
