Spanish speaking support worker - We are seeking a Support Worker to assist our NDIS participant with social support and community participation.
Home Caring Kellyville is an ethical and fast-growing provider of NDIS and aged care services in North Western Sydney.
Our Support Workers are home-based and utilise a mobile work model (with electronic support for administration), attracting a travel reimbursement and ongoing training opportunities, appropriate to client need.
**Requirements**:
- A genuine passion to work alongside participants and to make a positive and lasting difference in their lives
- Professional or lived experience of the NDIS or aged care
- Excellent communication skills, commitment to a person-centred focus and flexibility to support needs based on individual circumstances
- A sense of humour (another bonus - not a requirement)
- Resilience and compassion
- Qualification in Disability, Aged Care or related field preferred
- Current First Aid certificate
- Current CPR certificate
- Current National Police check
- Current NSW Drivers Licence & access to a reliable vehicle
- The right to work in Australia
- Full Covid-19 vaccination
- Different cultural backgrounds welcome, but not necessary

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplementary Pay:
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
