About the Role
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing executive and vendor clients, identifying new opportunities to expand engagement across our platform and services.
* Actively prospect new client businesses using trade directories, referrals, and other lead generation methods aligned with our market focus.
* Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify needs, and surface new sales opportunities.
* Promote our digital tools, event solutions, content services, and network membership to existing and prospective clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B account management, ICT sales, or customer success roles, ideally within SaaS, digital services, or professional services environments.
* Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts, with strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle, from lead generation and opportunity qualification through to closing and retention.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex services into client value propositions.
* Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
* A client-first mindset and passion for solving business challenges with digital innovation.
