What will you be doing?
Microsoft and InMobi have entered into a partnership. InMobi will be the exclusive partner for Microsoft's search inventory. Microsoft Search Advertising empowers the largest advertisers worldwide to reach their maximum potential through paid search engine marketing on the Microsoft Bing Ads platform. InMobi will be responsible for the complete management and transaction across Bing.
We are seeking an Account Manager with search advertising experience, attention to detail, customer obsession, and a passion to learn and adapt in an evolving environment. The individual will coordinate with a team of Account Strategists and support the Account Management Head to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue objectives. As an AM, you will serve corporate customers by applying customer obsession to what clients care about and need, building and maintaining strong, trusted-advisor relationships with day-to-day practitioner contacts at advertisers, agencies, or tool providers. The AM will manage an assigned set of clients focused on attaining revenue targets, feature adoption, and client-driven goals.
Role Requirements & Expectations

* Pursue optimizations to deliver quota expectations: Drive campaign-level budget upsell and optimization opportunities that align with ROI goals of clients and drive incremental revenue. Leverage internal tools and tactics to inform and prioritize upsells and optimizations, seeking to drive swift implementation. Provide feedback to improve opportunities relevance to client goals. Use self-serve tools and community forums to deliver insights for non-Insights enabled clients.
* Fluent advocate of the Bing Story: Educate clients on how the Bing Ads platform and features help them reach their business goals and execute on budgets. Ensure regular client engagement with BingAds platform, aiming to reduce reliance on AM for routine tasks. Develop intermediate knowledge of emerging products/features.
* Collaborative and high-performing account team: Ensure timely customer escalations by leveraging Account Executives and internal partners to resolve issues. Partner with the team to provide feedback on products, tools, and processes. Manage customer transition processes and change management.
* Continuous learning and growth: Strengthen your Bing Ads and search industry expertise, take personal accountability for your career development, complete trainings, and apply learnings to grow in your role and career.
What is expected out of you?
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Search Engine Marketing Sales or online media and service.
* Strong knowledge of Internet advertising: CPA, CPM, CPC, search marketing, lead generation, direct response, etc.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a 'can do' attitude. Ability to collaborate across functions.
* Ability to meet or exceed revenue goals or targets.
* Ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized pitches and solutions.
* Navigate ambiguity and complexities in client management.
* Storytelling skills and engaging presentation delivery.
* Solid knowledge of the search industry, trends, and customer needs.
* Passion for technology as a growth enabler.
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA is preferable.
* Organized, critical thinker with decision-making skills.
* Collaborative team player with good prioritization skills.
* Flexible and adaptable to business needs.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to travel.
Preferred
* Bing Ads Certification.
* Experience with Excel, data analysis, pivot tables, V-Lookups.
