Administration Support Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Adelaide Hills Real Estate during a continued phase of growth. This role will suit someone who enjoys being the backbone of a busy sales office and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support and client service within a successful boutique real estate business in the Adelaide Hills.

The Administration Support Officer will be responsible for supporting the Sales teams while ensuring the smooth and professional day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally

Manage enquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff member

Maintain familiarity with current listings and property advertising

Assist with enquiries relating to active listings

Liaise with vendors and third parties throughout the sales process

Assist with the organisation of settlements

Support marketing and advertising administration as required

Update and maintain the company database

Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the team

Maintain accurate company records and distribute correspondence appropriately

Qualifications and Skills:

Exceptional organisation and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Professional presentation and client-focused approach

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Real estate experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate with strong administrative skills and a positive attitude.

This is a structured part-time role, 4 days per week between 9:00am - 3:00pm
