As Our New Assistant Manager:
Your overarching purpose is to work closely and collaboratively to support the team and the Store Manager drive the ultimate customer experience and elevate the store's overall performance.
You'll bring significant value through:
Leading by example through inspiring and delighting our customers, enabling them to weave their own style of home.
Being a role model around achieving personal targets and KPIs whilst supporting the team achieve theirs.
Supporting the Store Manager with coaching, developing and training the wider team.
Contributing to the successful workforce planning and roster to ensure we remain within budget.
Analysing reports and proactively identifying opportunities that will increase the customer experience.
What We Ask You To Bring To The Table:
Wildly passionate about creating the ultimate customer experience (and know how to do so).
Leadership qualities and demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and targets.
Ability and experience creating and instilling an engaged and motivated culture within your team.
