**Your new role**
Our Vic Gov client is looking for a Program Coordinator for The Service Transformation Program (STP) which was formed to develop a single Case Management System (CMS) for the tracking and management of all cases, including document storage and workflow capability.
**Accountabilities**
- Support designated Project and Program Managers by maintaining core project management artefacts including (but not limited to) Risk, Action, Issue and Decision registers.
- Assist with information gathering and project planning activities to ensure the program is set up to be managed according to the approved methodology and framework.
- Support governance activities including the maintenance of program controls.
- Assist with the development, preparation, collation and coordination of project governance meeting papers.
- Managing administrative tasks for the program team.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience working in a program, portfolio or PMO environment supporting Project Managers and Program Leadership.
- Proficiency in the MS Suite includes PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word and Excel and JIRA and Confluence. MS Project and MS Visio are desirable.
- Proactive nature with the ability to lead with initiative.
- Demonstrated experience producing and presenting high quality program/project artefacts, translating complex information into a simple and easy to understand language.
- Demonstrated experience in document creation including templates, processes and toolsets.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and guidance relating to Program and Project management, assurance and governance.
