About the Role
Following our successful launch in Melbourne, Gibelli Positive Pathways is officially expanding to South Australia in early 2026. We are now recruiting a Foundation Team of Practitioners to lead our boutique, neuro-affirming service in Adelaide.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) already registered at Core level or above to:
* Provide 1:1 mobile support in participants' homes and communities.
* Develop person-centred, neuro-affirming behaviour support plans.
* Collaborate closely with families, schools, and support networks.
* Help establish the Gibelli approach within the South Australian community.
Requirements
* Registration: Current registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core level or above).
* Checks: Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and SA Working With Children Check (WWCC).
* Business Basics: ABN, driver's license, and reliable transport.
* Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or Mental Health are particularly encouraged to apply.
* Experience Requirement: A minimum of 1 year experience supporting people with disability, neurodivergence, or mental health needs is required.
