Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure accurate processing of transactions, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
- Foster strong relationships with guests, recognizing and responding to their individual preferences and needs
- Develop and implement strategies to drive guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and amenities
Requirements:
- A minimum 6 months experience in a related role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, managing stress and adversity in a fast-paced environment
