Technology Support Officer
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality desktop support, including incident resolution, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination
* Maintain and support ICT infrastructure, systems, hardware, and software to ensure secure, reliable operations within agreed SLAs
* Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, procedures, and technology policies
* Assist with the delivery of technology projects, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned to business strategy
* Support the implementation of technology, cybersecurity, and business continuity plans, including staff training and awareness activities
Qualifications
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across desktop, system, and network issues
* Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Intune and Azure administration
* Knowledge of security best practices, system availability, patching, and monitoring concepts
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and support users at all levels
* Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple support requests while meeting SLAs and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
