Job Title:
Site Leadership Role: Community Development Project Manager
This is a site leadership role that offers the opportunity to shape the future of a thriving community. The successful candidate will lead a team of construction supervisors and oversee all aspects of the Gables Community project, ensuring every home is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor three Construction Supervisors across a single-site project
* Oversee site operations, scheduling, and resource allocation
* Ensure compliance with WHS and company policies
* Build strong relationships with developers, suppliers, and trades
* Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication
* Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
* Champion a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Supervisor
* Demonstrated success in delivering residential projects on time and to spec
* Trade background (preferably carpentry) with Cert IV in Building & Construction
* Qualified Supervisor Certificate
* Experience working directly with developers and managing client relationships
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Valid driver's license with no restrictions
