As the Dispatch & Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the link between our collections and our customers — ensuring every order arrives perfectly and every customer experience feels seamless.

No two days are the same: one moment you'll be managing dispatch and returns, the next you'll be assisting customers with their orders, always keeping things moving with precision and care. If you're organised, hands on, and ready to take ownership in a role that combines operations with customer experience, this could be your next big move.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and execute daily dispatch operations, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
* Process online returns end-to-end: garment QC, processing, credit notes/refunds/exchanges in inventory management systems
* Oversee offshore customer service assistant assisting with Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone.
* Manage receiving, checking, and storing of stock
* Maintain organisation, cleanliness, and quality control standards within the stockroom
* Conduct regular stock checks to support accurate inventory management
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues across dispatch or customer service in a timely manner
* Work closely with the eCommerce and operations teams to ensure seamless fulfilment
* Contribute to a positive, solutions focused, and team-oriented culture

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

* At least 3 years' experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service (fashion/retail background highly regarded)
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – with a customer first approach
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in both dispatch and customer service
* Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands on, fast paced environment
* Computer skills in MS Office, Outlook, and experience with inventory/eCommerce systems (Shopify, Cin7, or similar is a plus)
* A proactive, adaptable, and problem solving mindset
* Full time availability
