The Pizzicato Effect is seeking a new Teaching Artist for a position starting on February 2.
Formerly run by the MSO, Pizzi is now an independent non-profit association dedicated to providing free group string instrument tuition to children in the City of Hume.
We are seeking a community-oriented, skilled, and creative teacher to join our team. Cello specialists are strongly encouraged to apply, but we also welcome applications from violin and viola teachers who are available during our teaching hours and can travel independently to our location.
We are located at Gladstone Park Secondary College, and our commitment each school term is on Monday afternoons from 3:00 to 6:00 pm over seven weeks, with an additional planning session, totalling eight Mondays each term.
All candidates must hold a current WWCC.
