Job Description:
As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in providing expert legal advice on corporate matters to our Domain team. You will be responsible for acting as a legal business partner to teams across the company, particularly in Finance, Strategy, and Tax.
* Playing a key role in our cross-functional deal team working on strategic corporate M&A projects
Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced lawyer who can provide technically excellent legal advice across M&A, corporate governance, regulatory and commercial legal matters.
* Drafting and negotiating core M&A and governance documents under light-touch senior supervision
You will have the ability to identify legal risks in corporate proposals or concepts and work closely with stakeholders to structure solutions that enable business goals to be achieved in a way that is legally compliant, efficient and optimal for the Company.
