This role is full time permanent reporting to the State Marketing Manager WA and is located at our West Perth headquarters. The role assists the marketing team with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives across a portfolio of residential land development projects in WA. Working with a busy team of Project Marketing Managers key responsibilities includes:Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns for a portfolio of residential communities through different phases of the project life cycle - launch to delivery;Support the monitoring and analysing of various data sets from Google Analytics, CRM, traffic and media monitoring tools;Assisting with the implementation of social media, content marketing strategies and events;Liaising with various stakeholders with regards to marketing and project requirements eg signage, sales office concepts etc;Supporting the team with eDM campaigns, home and land packages, online listings and website content requirements including content creation;Marketing project management for minor projects.To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will be degree qualified in Marketing/PR/Communications with a minimum of 2 years experience with a proven track record in a similar role. The candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; proficiency in MS Office suite of programs, using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is essential.
