Site Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the operation of a cotton gin with a focus on safety and efficiency.
* Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage site personnel.
* Maintain machinery, optimize gin throughput and implement process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have relevant ginning experience, mechanical knowledge and strong leadership capabilities. A high level of autonomy is required to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize site activities effectively.

* Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Manage and maintain equipment, tools and other resources.
