We are seeking an experienced HSSE Advisor to join the Project HSSE team, delivering the Darwin Ship Lift Facility. This role involves working on a FIFO night shift roster of 15 days on, 9 days off, flying from all major domestic airports.
Clough, in joint venture with BMD, is proud to have been awarded the contract by the Northern Territory Government to deliver the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction services for the Darwin Ship Lift project.

Your Responsibilities Include:
Managing night shift safety operations
Ensuring HSSE procedures and manuals, in consultation with the HSSE Manager, are fully compliant with company and project requirements
Conducting HSSE onboarding and inductions for all HSSE personnel
Ensuring safety equipment and PPE are available and issued according to project or company requirements
Preparing agendas for safety meetings and toolbox talks as required
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in an Occupational Health and Safety role
At least 1 year of experience in construction or EPC projects
