We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Clinical Lead Support Nurse. In this role, you will work closely with General Managers to develop and implement best practice approaches that drive excellence in clinical care.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Partnering with General Managers to develop and implement strategies that enhance clinical workforce capabilities
* Supporting staff orientation, professional development, and care planning initiatives
* Ensuring person-centred care practices are consistently implemented across all aspects of care
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* AHPRA registration
* Significant aged care experience
* Strong knowledge of aged care reforms
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
