The Role
We're seeking an experienced chef with 2+ years of wok experience in a commercial kitchen. Thai cuisine experience is highly preferred. You will work closely with our head chef to maintain quality, speed and flavour across all dishes.

About You
You should have:
* Minimum 2 years wok cooking experience
* Thai cooking experience highly regarded
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
* Reliability, teamwork, and great communication
* Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety
