Vietnamese-Speaking Medical Information Specialist (Nurse, Pharmacist, or Life Sciences Graduate)
ProPharma is seeking a native Vietnamese-speaking Medical Information Specialist with a background in nursing, pharmacy, or life sciences to join our Medical Information Contact Center. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates comfortable with pharmacology and interested in regulatory compliance and pharmaceutical industry support.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and digital platforms.
* Provide accurate and compliant information based on approved medical resources.
* Translate and deliver medical responses between English and Vietnamese, both verbally and in writing.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
* Accurately document and report adverse events, pregnancy reports, product complaints, and other special situations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
* Ensure all responses meet ProPharma's quality standards and client-specific guidelines.
* Support quality review processes for translations and inquiry handling.
* Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the Inquiry Handling System (IHS).
* Participate in after-hours support on a rotational basis if required.
* Follow company policies on data privacy, confidentiality, and health & safety.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
1. Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
2. Full work rights in Australia (Visa sponsorship is not available).
3. Demonstrated interest in medical information, pharmacovigilance, or regulatory compliance.
4. Native-level Vietnamese speaker with strong English proficiency.
5. Able to confidently understand and communicate pharmacological concepts in both languages.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and professional etiquette.
