The Graduate School of Medicine is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to coordinate learning and teaching activities for the Doctor of Medicine (MD) program. Based at our Wollongong Campus, you'll manage timetables and resources, support face-to-face and hybrid teaching, maintain materials in the Learning Management System, and liaise with staff across multiple campuses.
Bring your planning and scheduling skills to support projects and programs, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential, along with proficiency in digital tools and a commitment to continuous improvement. You'll work both independently and as part of a team, while maintaining confidentiality and supporting an inclusive, respectful environment
