Support Worker
Location
Gosford, NSW
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.
- Provide personal care for clients in the Umina Beach area for 2 hours per day on Mondays and Fridays.
- Support clients with overnight shifts during the week and weekends as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community).
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- National Police Clearance Certificate.
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- Smartphone for communication and scheduling.
Schedule and Hours
Casual position. Expected to work at least 8 hours per week. Schedule may include afternoon, day, evening, morning shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays.
Pay
$36.00 – $38.00 per hour.
