Role Overview:
As a Key Account Executive, you will be the central point of contact for our major customers ($100k+), ensuring their orders are processed efficiently and their needs are met with excellence. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and provide coaching to junior staff to enhance our customer service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal teams.
* Identify growth opportunities and develop new business within assigned accounts.
* Lead solution development to meet customer needs and resolve service issues.
* Support branch networks and participate in joint calls with Customer Relationship Managers.
* Ensure compliance with WHS&E policies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in business-to-business sales, preferably with Bearings & Power Transmission products.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel and develop industry knowledge.
* Competence with MS Outlook, Word, Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
