About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced water broking professional, or someone with a sales or brokerage background, to be a part of an exciting growth phase. You will ideally be based in Regional Victoria, Regional Western NSW or South Eastern SA. A knowledge of farming and rural communities would be preferred.
You will be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, a commitment to building relationships with customers and must thrive in a team environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
o Generating water broking commission revenue through the provision of high-quality advice
and service
o Building and maintaining relationships with customers
o Achieving commission revenue growth by sourcing new customers and converting those
opportunities to sales.
About You
You will have a tertiary qualification in Business and/or extensive sales experience, technical and product knowledge in the Water industry.
Other skills and experiences will include successful relationship building, strong sales planning, execution and reporting, management of multiple projects, key account management, problem solving skills and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
