**What we need from you**:
As the Account Administrator, you will be a central figure in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
**Accounts Processing**:
- Accurately process daily receipts, payments, and reconciliations for trust accounts.
- Allocate funds to appropriate accounts in compliance with legal and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
**End-of-Month Reporting**:
- Prepare comprehensive end-of-month financial reports, including reconciliations and audit-ready documentation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory trust account regulations and real estate legislation.
- Provide timely financial summaries to senior management and stakeholders.
**General Administration**:
- Maintain trust account files, ensuring all records are correctly stored and easily accessible.
- Address client and internal queries related to financial transactions and trust accounts.
- Support the property management team with financial insights and account-related matters.
**What you'll bring**:
We're seeking a professional with the following skills and experience:
**Experience & Knowledge**:
- Previous experience in account administration, ideally in a commercial real estate or property management environment.
- Strong understanding of trust account regulations and compliance requirements in Western Australia.
- Familiarity with property management software, such as Property Tree, Console, or similar.
**Attention to Detail**:
- Exceptional accuracy in handling financial transactions and reporting.
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems.
- Capability to generate and interpret financial reports.
