Your Role
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering person-centred, high-quality care to elderly residents. You will:
Provide safe, evidence-based clinical care within your RN scope
Lead and support personal care workers in day-to-day care
Coordinate with GPs and allied health providers
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, care plans, and assessments
Participate in the AN-ACC funding process
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance resident outcomes
What we’re looking for
AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Recent RN graduate with prior PCA or aged care experience
A genuine commitment to aged care and resident wellbeing
Confidence working within a multidisciplinary team environment
Willingness to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and nights
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
