Design & Builds well-established developer-builder delivering a premium luxury apartment project on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Foreman to support both the structural and finishing stages of the build.
This is a long-term contract role offering stability through to project completion, with strong potential for ongoing opportunities on future developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Site Manager in day-to-day site coordination
* Oversee structural works through to detailed finishing stages
* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors
* Ensure programme targets are met
* Maintain high-end quality standards expected in luxury residential
* Enforce WHS compliance and site safety
* Conduct inspections and manage defect rectification
* Liaise with consultants, trades, and suppliers
About You
* Proven experience as a General Foreman on multi-residential projects
* Strong background in both structures and finishes
* Experience on mid to high-rise apartment builds preferred
* Solid understanding of construction sequencing
* Strong leadership and trade coordination skills
* Ability to maintain quality control in high-spec environments
* Current White Card
* Strong knowledge of Australian building standards
