Job Description
Do you have an appetite for career progression and ready to take your culinary skills to a world-class platform? Take your career to a whole new level with us and join our Pullman culinary team.
What you will be doing:
* Engaged in cooking, baking, pastry cooking or butchering duties.
* Food preparation and presentation with flair for breakfast, lunch and dinner for A la Carte, room service, functions and buffet service.
* Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment whilst ensuring a product of high quality and presentation standards.
* Supervises and trains other CommiChefs, Cooks and kitchen employees
Qualifications
* Having completed and apprenticeship and/or achieved trade recognition
* Creative and passionate about food and customer service
* Proven ability to lead small teams
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Able to effectively manage time constrains
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
