HSEQ Advisor – FIFO 3/1 Roster (Merriwa, NSW)

Join Solar X on our newest large-scale renewables project in Merriwa, NSW. We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support our onsite Health, Safety, Environment & Quality functions and drive a strong safety culture across the project.
This is a full-time permanent FIFO position on a 3-week on / 1 week off roster, with free camp accommodation and meals provided, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic site-based environment.
About the Role
As the HSEQ Advisor, you will:
* Implement and monitor HSEQ systems, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and ISO standards
* Conduct risk assessments, audits, incident investigations and safety training
* Support emergency management planning and environmental compliance
* Provide guidance to teams on safe work practices and continuous improvement
* Promote proactive engagement and a strong safety culture across the site

What You'll Need
* Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS (or equivalent)
* Demonstrated HSEQ experience, ideally in construction or heavy industry
* Strong understanding of WHS legislation and ISO 45001 / 14001 / 9001
* Experience with incident investigations, audits and safety systems
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Australian Driver's Licence
* Full working rights in Australia
