Due to growth of the business my client is looking for an experienced Part time Bookkeeper to join and support both his team and customers.
Reporting to the Director you will be welcomed in an environment where he will support you with a friendly, positive and motivated team where the company culture and customer service are key to the success of the business.
With a 'hip to hip' handover provided you will **undertake the following tasks**
- Processing of Accounts payable and receivable - Netsuite (invoices are approved for payment by Steve)
- EOM processing and reporting
- Creditor and debtor follow-up
- BAS processing
- Preparation of banking
**About you**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- a current drivers licence
- A reliable and positive work ethic and be a great team player
- Friendly, approachable & positive personality
- You will show initiative and be a self starter
- Be professional in your communication style and presentation
- Highly desirable, but not mandatory, is experience in the processing of invoices within Netsuite
