We are looking to hire aService Receptionistto join our award-winning team. This role is an integral part of our service team, our receptionist has the opportunity to leave a long lasting first impression and sets the tone for the overall experience of our valued customers.
Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls and emails in a polite, professional, and helpful manner.
* Provide quotations to customers on desired work and repair costs.
* Give updates on progress and estimated completion times.
* Make customer appointments and convert enquiries into bookings.
* Administrative tasks as required.
* Confirm future appointments and bookings with customers.
