We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our North of River strategy.
This key role will be responsible for elevating our brand, growing market presence, and delivering exceptional results across various venues.
* Lead sales growth and marketing performance by developing and executing integrated marketing plans that support venue goals, campaigns, and seasonal priorities.
* Oversight of brand consistency, design briefs, and production of all marketing materials including digital channels such as social media content, websites, EDMs, and online reviews.
* Drive revenue through corporate events, conferences, tourism markets, and group bookings by identifying new business opportunities and proactively reaching out to increase revenue.
Main responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with venue objectives, incorporating PR initiatives, media outreach, influencer hosting, and content creation.
* Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to contract, ensuring smooth handover to Events and Operations.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales and marketing reports to inform strategic decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Venue Managers, Events, Operations, and senior leadership to drive business growth, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
