We seek passionate Early Childhood Educators dedicated to fostering young children's growth. You'll create nurturing, engaging learning environments, develop age-appropriate curricula, assess progress, and build strong family relationships. About the Role:
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:
* Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate programs
* Monitor and support children's holistic development
* Build strong, respectful partnerships with families
* Ensure compliance with early childhood regulations and standards
Essential Qualifications:
* Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
* Valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)
* First Aid Certificate (including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training)
Essential Skills & Attributes:
* Deep understanding of developmental milestones
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to design and evaluate play-based learning experiences
* Adaptability and problem-solving in dynamic childcare settings
Desirable:
* Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Understanding of Quality Standards and Assessment processes
* Appreciation of cultural diversity and inclusion
* Confidence using digital tools to document learning
* Prior experience in roles such as Educator, Assistant Educator, or Childcare Assistant
