* Key Responsibilities:
* Product Management: Deliver end-to-end management of all credit card products in the portfolio.
* Strategic Roadmap & Delivery: Contribute to the squad's credit card roadmap of deliverables and end-to-end delivery, including managing cross-squad dependencies.
* Market Research & Analytics: Identify trends, customer breakpoints, regulations, and competitive landscapes.
* Risk Management: Proactively manage risks, including performance of regular controls, identification of issues, escalation, and swift resolution of issues, including remediation.
* Customer Experience: Continuously improve the customer experience by reviewing and enhancing features, benefits, and digital experiences.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with the broader business to provide insights into business performance and challenges.
* Compliance: Ensure that credit cards comply with all regulatory requirements.
* Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and customer complaints to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
