In this role, you'll oversee the entire operation of our warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Your responsibilities will include managing a team of 2 full full time and 4 casual staff, expediting the receipt and distribution of products, and optimizing storage through effective organisation.
We're seeking someone with proven experience in a similar role, who is hands-on, self-motivated, and excels in leadership, communication, and organisational planning.

**Description**:
Responsibilities & Daily Tasks
To plan, manage and evaluate the warehouse/logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistic providers and transportation companies
Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities relating to the warehouse and staffing requirements
Manages Inventory, ensuring accurate stocking levels of materials, parts and products.
Optimising logistics processes, including quality assurance, storage/space management, inventory, maintaining a safe and organised environments
Lead continuous improvement activities, focusing on cost sustainability, risk mitigation and efficiency improvement
Weekly reporting against department KPI's in line with business requirements
Works closely with Health and Safety to ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (COR)
Picking, packing and dispatching of orders
Receiving of goods inwards from suppliers
Forklift Operations
Assist with stocktakes
