About the Role
* Tackle the strategic management of assigned customer accounts, encompassing account planning, relationship cultivation, and achievement of retention and growth objectives.
* Conceive long-term account strategies and plans that address client needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
* Nurture relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations through regular business reviews and value-add engagements.
* Execute contract renewals for existing customers and pursue additional sales within the account.
* Pioneer resolution of any service or support escalations for your accounts.
* Achieve retention and expansion sales targets for the account portfolio.
