Responsibilities:
* Delivering compassionate and individualized care to residents
* Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
* Monitoring and reporting on the health and well-being of residents
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
* Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 6 months experience in aged care
* Current AHPRA registration
* Compliance in line with DOH guidelines
