About the Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Duty Manager (Front Office) to lead the smooth day-to-day operations of our Front Office team.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and supporting team development.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and assist with guest check-in and check-out, ensuring all procedures are followed.
Lead by example when attending to guest requests, resolving issues proactively and professionally.
Take initiative to create positive and productive guest interactions.
Handle complaints and challenges effectively, maintaining calm under pressure.
Provide guidance, support, and on-the-job training to Front Office team members.
Monitor and assist with staff development during shifts.
Support other hotel departments during peak periods to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for guests and staff.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Previous Front Office experience at a supervisory level.
Knowledge of Opera Cloud is advantageous.
Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
RSA & Food Safety certificates preferred.
First Aid & CPR certification.
Calm, professional approach in high-pressure situations.
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
