ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This company specialises in commercial workplace fit-outs and refurbishments for a variety of premium clients. Thanks to the strong relationships they've built over the years, the business conducts a lot of repeat work and has a robust pipeline extending into 2027. As a result, they are seeking a driven Site Supervisor to assist the Team in supervising and driving projects through to successful completion.
ABOUT THE POSITION. As a Site Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting with site supervision and coordinating on-site activities to ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will have the opportunity to be involved in a broad range of tasks, from site supervision to trade management, safety management and site inductions. No two days will be the same, and you will play an invaluable role towards the project delivery. You will need to have flexibility for some Saturday work and early starts will may be required.
DUTIES.
* Collaborate closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure project goals are met
* Assisting with site supervision
* Trade Management
* Toolbox talks
* Site inductions
* WHS management - monitor site safety and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with industry standards and regulations
* Open and close site as required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
* Experience in commercial construction projects is advantageous
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
* Understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
