Pool Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lifeguard to join our team as a pool operations manager. As a pool operations manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and enjoyable operation of our aquatic facilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in pool management, customer service, and teamwork.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for safety and customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a current Pool Lifeguard Certificate and experience working in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the safe and enjoyable operation of our aquatic facilities
* Managing day-to-day pool operations, including supervision of staff and maintenance of facilities
* Providing exceptional customer service to patrons
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
* Maintaining accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
* Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
* Experience working in a similar role
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills
