Role Overview

We're looking for mechanically minded Heavy Haulage Platform and Float Operators to join our team. These roles involve safe and efficient transport of oversized, over‐dimensioned and heavy loads. The positions require adherence to safety, compliance, and working with complex loads.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong customer‐focused approach, supported by clear and effective communication.
• Safe loading and unloading of various machines.
• Understand and comply with oversize, over‐mass, and over‐height permits.
• Operate a modern, well‐maintained fleet.
• Adhere to fatigue management standards effectively.
• Maintain high‐level housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Valid MC licence.
• Basic mechanical aptitude (highly regarded).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Thorough understanding of permit requirements and compliance with fatigue management standards.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Positive can‐do attitude.
