Wormald has been designing, installing, and servicing fire protection systems since 1889. Wormald operates in over 30 centres across Australia and is a leading fire protection company in the region.
Due to recent exponential grown, an exciting opportunity has become available within our East Bentleigh office for a Service Administrator to join our team. This role will work within our Portable Fire Equipment department ensuring the seamless delivery of high quality service to our client base.
Previous experience in working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including business customers is preferable, however "entry-level" applicants are also encouraged. You will be technologically savvy, open to working with new technology and systems and have an ability and desire to fulfil customer requirements in a fast paced and changing setting.
You will use your all round administration and customer service skills, to ensure achievement of our customers' service requirements. You will report directly into the Department Manager and work alongside a dedicated administration team supporting our field technicians.
You will have valuable communication and sound interpersonal skills and must be prepared to work as part of a committed team who are focused on fulfilling the business needs of our clients and 3rd party providers.
You will be a self-starter with well above average organisational skills, and are most at home multi-tasking. Achieving deadlines is second nature and you will pride yourself on pleasing your customers. Proficient in the Microsoft Office range is a given and you will enjoy working both as a part of a team and autonomously.
