Horse Stud Assistant – Part-TimeLocation: Galston, NSWCompensation: $38 per hour
We are a well-established horse stud looking for a reliable, experienced Stud Assistant to join our team on a part‐time basis. The role is hands‐on and suited to someone confident working with young thoroughbreds and eager to be involved in all aspects of farm operations.
Responsibilities
* Handling and managing young or spelling thoroughbreds
* General horse care and stable duties
* Property and farm maintenance, including:
o Fence painting and repairs
o Weed spraying
o Pasture management
o General farm duties
About You
* Experienced in handling horses, especially young thoroughbreds
* Confident, calm and capable around livestock
* Practical and willing to assist across all areas of the property
* Tractor experience highly regarded
Requirements
* Current driver's licence
* Own reliable transport
