Role Profile Our client is a leading international law firm and they are looking to hire a banking lawyer with circa 1-7 years PQE and a solid background in banking & finance law.
Working as part of a national team your role will be diverse and will involve working with financiers, borrowers, sponsors and state governments on a wide range of financing transactions.
This highly successful team act for clients across a variety of sectors including: Energy Renewables Natural resources Property Infrastructure You will provide advise on a a number of a different banking and finance matters including: Financial products Project finance Asset finance Leveraged finance Syndicated debt and debt capital markets.
