Job Title: Payroll Operations Manager
The organisation seeks an experienced professional to lead its payroll team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of staff payments. As a key member of the People and Culture Directorate, you will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency.
About the Role
* Mentor and guide team members to achieve high performance in payroll processing.
* Maintain compliance with legislation and enterprise agreements, resolving complex queries as needed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing for all staff.
2. Maintain knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation, superannuation, and enterprise agreements.
3. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience leading operational teams and mentoring staff.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Proven ability to manage complex processes and deliver results-oriented outcomes.
