Isuzu Australia is seeking a graduate (from the Commerce/Business discipline) for a Fleet Sales Coordinator role. This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door of Australia’s leading truck company. This is your chance to get a start with a market leader that has just released a new truck series, which has been many years in the planning. 
The Graduate Fleet Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the national fleet sales team, working alongside Key Account Managers and the Dealer Network to help drive truck sales and manage key fleet and government accounts. 
Responsibilities 
- Handling purchase orders, supplier invoices, and tender documentation, as well as supporting the coordination of major fleet builds. 
- Assist with the coordination of build plans of trucks in conjunction with Logistics, including: 
- Reconciling and approving payments of supplier invoices and rebates 
- Preparing build instructions for each vehicle 
- Ensuring timely delivery as per customer requirements 
- Assisting with general administrative tasks to help the team meet monthly and annual sales targets. 
- Compiling and interpreting sales and customer data to generate reports that promote better decision making and to support strategic planning. 
- Assisting with compiling tender submissions and customer quotations. 
- Supporting fleet promotional activities, including: 
- Fleet product presentations 
- Drive programs 
- Industry conferences and forums 
- Relationships with National and state industry associations 
- Preparation and distribution of weekly, monthly, and ad hoc internal and customer fleet sales reports. 
Requirements 
- Recent completion (or approaching completion) of a Bachelor’s degree (in Commerce or Business) or placement for a co-op year (essential). 
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. 
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to set and achieve goals. 
- Positive analytical skills and intermediate Excel proficiency.
