The Role
We're seeking a Plasterer to deliver high-quality plastering and finishing services across a variety of maintenance and project works. You'll partner with our clients and the BGIS team to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused plastering services that keep facilities looking and performing at their best. You'll play a key part in maintaining and repairing walls, ceilings, and decorative finishes to a professional standard, ensuring compliance with BGIS safety and quality systems.

What You'll Be Doing
• Carry out all aspects of plastering, including wall and ceiling sheeting, setting, and finishing
• Install cornices and decorative mouldings with precision and attention to detail
• Perform patching, surface preparation, and finishing to a high standard ready for painting
• Undertake reactive and preventative maintenance and small project works
• Liaise with supervisors, facilities managers, and clients to ensure quality outcomes
• Adhere to BGIS safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Your Education, Experience & Skills
• Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining (minimum qualification)
• Experience across building and construction, particularly residential or commercial sites
• WHS Construction White Card
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Clear police check or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication skills and customer focus
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team
• Multi-trade experience in painting, carpentry, or general repairs (desirable)
• Full working rights in Australia (essential)
