About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Mental Health Support Professional. You will be working with adults and young people, providing high-quality evidence-based clinical care and support.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds and establish effective relationships with staff, clients, families, friends, and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include conducting intake and assessments, risk assessments, care treatment planning, and coordinating care with internal and external services. The ideal candidate will have experience in the use of electronic client/customer management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
